The capital of Japan since 1869, Tokyo, is home to several interesting places that are popular tourist attractions. Here's a look at the things you must do on your trip to Tokyo and the places you should visit.
1. Take a walk on the Rainbow Bridge and enjoy the scenic views of Tokyo Tower and Mount Fuji.

9. Get a Spiritual Experience at the Senso-ji Temple

Located in Asakusa, it is an ancient Buddhist temple dedicated to Bodhisattva Kannon. Renowned as one of the most visited spiritual places, this temple greets more than 30 million visitors every year.

It is the largest art museum in Japan and was established in 1872. It has art works and archaeological objects of Asia (mainly Japan) and collections of ancient Japanese art, Asian art along the Silk Road and Greco-Buddhist art.

Known for its dome-shaped building, it is a public aquarium located in Edogawa Ward. It houses three types of penguins, different types of tuna, as well as kelp and seabirds.
