Bonavista

Anglican Cathedral of St John the Baptist

The magnificent cathedral was built in the 19th century. It boasts of attractive stone arches and intricate oak carvings. A showpiece of Gothic Revival Architecture the cathedral also contains a 12th century gargoyle.
