Palm Beach Zoo and Conservation Society

With over 550 animals of 190 species, some of which are endangered, a trip to the Palm Beach Zoo and Conservation society ensures a day full of fun for the entire family.
The zoo is spread over an area of 23 acres of tropical habitat. Koala, leopards, jaguars, tigers, macaws, and many more wild creatures are there to awe and enthral kids and adults alike.
An old fashioned carousel, an interactive play fountain and a safari train to go around the zoo are a special attraction for kids.

John D. MacArthur Beach State Park

The only state park in Palm Beach County, the John D. MacArthur Beach State Park is a biological treasure and home to a variety of rare coastal plant species.
The beach spans over 2 miles; spend your day relaxing at the beach or swim and surf in the waters. Fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, paddling are some other activities to indulge in.
There are 3 nature trails in the state park for those interested in hiking. This barrier island is also a bird watchers haven – look out for herons, terns, sandpipers, pelicans, and gulls. June and July is the time for nesting sea turtles, don’t miss the sea turtle walks if visiting during that period.

Henry Morrison Flagler Museum

A National Historic Monument, the Henry Morrison Flagler Museum was once the opulent mansion of the Henry Flagler - a business tycoon of the 19th century.
It features 75 rooms over two storeys and is spread across 100,000 square feet. You can opt for guided tours of the museum and check out on the various exhibitions showcasing America’s Gilded Age.

Mounts Botanical Garden

With over 2,000 species of plants from around the world, the Mounts Botanical Garden is the oldest and the largest of its kind in West Palm Beach.

Norton Museum of Art

Worth Avenue

Peanut Island

Downtown West Palm Beach

The scene at the downtown West Palm Beach is abuzz with four entertainment and retail districts.
Check out for Clematis by Night event on Thursdays when the street sees a flurry of activities and live performances by local bands.
