When one gets to Destin, there is no shortage of great beaches. Situated in northwest Florida, the green water of the Gulf of Mexico, and the white sand beaches make this place one of the prime Beach destinations in America.

A state park having everything you want from a beach. Beautiful water to swim in, ample opportunity for fishing, and you can even organize weddings and other group events here.
Henderson Beach
Another state park, it boasts of beautiful green water, long hiking trails and camping options in the 2,000 square meters area.
Grayton Beach
This is a nice quiet beach with clean waters. It is a good place to spend time with your family. There is also a snack bar available here.

John Beasley Park
This is a beach access that leads to lots of areas of the Gulf Bay. There is also a cycling ramp to take one through the area.
June White Decker Beach
This is a beach-front park that offers grills, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court. Events can also be booked here.
Clement Taylor Park
This a large stretch of beach-side area with plenty of space for all kinds of activities. Several restaurants are also located nearby.
Wayside Park
This a marine park where one can take part in snorkeling. There is also a research station nearby, where one can learn about the marine life of the area.
Navarre Beach
Beautiful white sand and the pristine blue water make this beach a must-see. There is also a very famous restaurant called the 'Crab Trap' near the beach.
James Lee Beach
As the name suggests, Gator Beach contains alligators aplenty. One can see shows with the alligators and feed them. You can even hold one with the help of the staff. The cherry on top is, there is no admission fee.
