4. Swan Lake

7. Storm Lake
The 4th largest glacier lake of the beautiful state sprawls 3,200 acres. Offers excellent trails for bikers and walkers.
It is famed as the region's top walleye fishing destination. Amenities include 2 marinas and public boat ramps. The shorelines boasts of charming beaches where visitors can relax or sunbath.
8. Big Spirit Lake
The pretty lake was formed during the last ice age around 13,000 years ago. It sprawls 5,684 acres making it the state's biggest natural lake.
It is a popular destination for fishing, boasting of as much as 40 fish species. Kite-boarding is enjoyed here by visitors. There is a state-owned fish hatchery located here.
9. Silver Lake
The recreational lake attracts roughly 75,000 visitors annually. It borders the town of Lake Park and sprawls 1,041 acres.
It is a famous vacation destination with umpteen outdoor recreational options. Offers picturesque scenery and opportunities for fishing, power boating, sailing, swimming and more.
