Crane Beach
With more than five miles of trails through coastal dunes, it is a  nesting site for near-extinct piping plover bird, with an important shorebird protection program. Roam about Castle Hill, which includes house and gardens for a fun filled time at the beach.
Known as the first public beach in America, this has pavilions with a Victorian flair, food vendors, and a heavy beat from the radios of passing cars. It is an ideal swimming beach with athletic fields, a bandstand, restrooms, and seasonal lifeguards.
Revere Beach
Nantasket Beach
Located in Hull on the peninsula, this is a popular summer escape from Boston. Athletic fields, volleyball courts, playground and restrooms attract tourists. Summer concerts and public dance lessons are great early evening activities.
Exercise with a water view at this beach of a two-mile continuous walkway. You can also have a gala time with family eating across the street at well-known seafood shacks, where you get fresh New England fish.
Wollaston Beach
Pleasure Beach
Pleasure Beach, a slender sliver of white sand, caressing the curving bay, is adjacent to Castle Island. A great picnic area which allows grilling, it has restrooms and showers for rinsing off after dipping in the ocean.
Gloucester Beach
Want peace just few miles away from the city center? This beach is a perfect place for both worlds: a day on the beach and a night out on the town. Have a day-long adventure with picnic areas and grill here.
With a great atmosphere for family and friends, Carson Beach is also accessible via bikes. Though swimming is not that great, but it is a perfect spot to have a nap and some fun in the sun.
Carson Beach
Devereux Beach
Devereux Beach is about ten-minutes walk from Marblehead's quaint Colonial center. This slim, sandy stretch has restrooms and a concession stand. Perfect for a cozy day at the beach, this is a must-go place.
It is a man-made beach in East Boston, tucked into an inlet opposite Logan Airport. It’s perfect for plane spotting, sunbathing, or a cooling dip in the ocean. There’s a recreation area with athletic fields and tennis courts, and fishing is permitted.
Constitution Beach
Malibu Beach
Though it doesn’t have the same glamorous reputation as its Californian counterpart, south Boston’s Malibu Beach is very much a community resource, one that joins with Savin Hill Beach and its children’s playground.
To escape and quietly sit at the beach is our idea of paradise!!
