New York flaunts 1,700 parks within five boroughs and all of which offer amazing things to do outside.

Flushing Meadows Corona Park

Forest Park
Having more than 500 acres of options for visitors, forest park is a mix of natural treasures and man-made prizes.
This beautifully landscaped park is ideal for morning jog, walk with the pet, lake side activities, picnic area, track, bandshell, carousel, pond also real horses carry riders on pathways that lead through the largest oak woodland in Queens.

Roy Wilkins Park
Originally known as the Southern Queens Park, this is a 54 acre park in the St. Albans. It is much loved for its basketball, tennis, and handball courts, plus its recreation center and pool.
The major attraction here is Irie Jamboree, the annual reggae festival on Labor Day Weekend with top performers coming from Jamaica.
Astoria Park
You might be amazed to know that its pool has been used in the 1936 and 1964 Olympics apart from which the 60-acre park, boasts tennis courts, a track, walking trails, basketball courts and multiple playgrounds.
Cunningham Park
One of the largest parks in queens, Cunningham is all about culture, sports, nature and fun.

Kissena Park
This 235-acre park located in the neighborhood of Flushing in Queens, is an ideal location to both relax and participate in fun outdoor activities.
The beautiful Kissena Lake, flanked by weeping willows and shady trees, creates an idyllic setting to enjoy a sunny day.
National Park, Jamaica Bay
With amazingly attractive views like bird-watching at the Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge, the long wonderful sand and sun of the Breezy Point beaches also the history at Fort Tilden, this is such a big park surely capable to astonish you at every visit.
Gantry Plaza State Park
