St.Croix, a US Virgin island in the Caribbean sea is a tranquil tropical island that is a go-to destination for scuba divers, honeymooners and cultural seekers. The pristine and gorgeous beaches, casinos and fine dining beckons its tourists.

Fort Frederiksted

Frederiksted town is on the western side of the island. Fort Frederik was built in between 1752 and 1762 to defend the port of Frederiksted. The fort is located at a short distance from the cruise ship dock.

Hike to Jack and Isaac Bay

Hiking trail head starts near Point Udall. The trail  leads to pristine barrier reef and white sand beaches.

Point Udall is situated on the eastern side of the island and the drive to this Point is very scenic. A Sundial known as Millennium Monument was installed above this Point in the year 2000.

St. George Botanical Garden

The 16-acre botanical garden northeast of Frederiksted is a must visit. It has a history dating back to 100 AD when the original inhabitants of this island practiced horticulture.  Today, the garden is home to over 1000 species of plants.
