Krka Waterfalls
A relaxing place for all the visitors and the area around the waterfall has the second highest density of lavender in Europe.
Skradinski Buk waterfall
Definitely the most attractive part of the national park, this massive waterfall is formed in three levels and the effects caused by the play of light on whirlpools make Skradinski buk one of the most beautiful calcium carbonate waterfalls in Europe.
Krka’s Ria
A ria is the mouth of a river that flows into the sea. The low levels of pollution has been a boon to Krka ria's extremely rich bio-diversity.
Roški Slap
At Roski Slap, one can enjoy hiking trails that offer scenic views of the national park as you walk around.

The most stunning island in the park is home to two vital monasteries; Visovac and Krka Monastery. The Eastern Orthodox Church, also situated on the island, is the second largest Christian church.
Flora and Fauna
The intensively diversified habitat is home to 860 species and sub-species of plants along with endangered species of bats, several species of birds, fishes, European otters and much more.
When is the Best Time?
The best season to visit Krka National Park is in summer; from May to August.

Music Festival
The Sounds of the Krka - The Sounds of the River, is a special concert held in the national park from July- August every year.
