This is a modest zoo sitting on the banks of the Nile.

Jinja central market boasts of being Uganda's biggest market under one roof.

The attraction's mission is to promote both African and Ugandan art at the local as well as international level.
Visitors can purchase arts and crafts items here which is a prominent gallery in the district.
8. Pay Homage at the Mahatma Gandhi Monument
Gandhi was hugely instrumental in liberating India from British colonial rule.
One of the last wishes of the Indian freedom fighter was to have part of his ashes put into the Nile river. A guide here can enlighten you about the Mahatma's life.
9. Visit Griffin Falls
This is a gigantic waterfall.
Popular activities here include hiking, trekking and picnicking. Apart from the waterfall, there is an attractive forest worth exploring.
